CHP

CHP offers advanced proprietary technology, systems and lubricant for fully automatic MicroDry™ lubrication of slat chain conveyors and PET bottle air conveyors.

CHP's system for slat chain conveyors applies a direct contact micro-dosing principle, so no brushes nor spraying, and are used in the bottling, cardboard packaging and canning industry. Compared to the common wet and half-dry systems the main benefits include increased line productivity, reduced energy consumption, up to 75% savings on lubricant consumption and maintenanc
e as well as increased durability and reliability of the production line equipment.
CHP's system for PET air conveyors increases line productivity by eliminating bottle jams. In addition to extended filter and neck guide life, there is up to 45% energy savings from blower fans that only need about half the air pressure to operate. This technology is also used on aseptic lines with no impact on the wet or dry sterilization processes.
CHP equipped over 1,500 lines worldwide and the technology is approved by all the major international bottling and packaging end-users and OEMs.
